‘BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’ and is a model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist...Terence Watts.
BWRT® is an immensely powerful style of working that can often dissolve problems almost instantaneously.
There is no other therapy in the world that is the same as BWRT®. Certified BWRT® Practitioners receive thorough training in this totally modern methodology and are completely conversant with the techniques needed to work effectively with a great number of human problems and difficulties.
BWRT has successfully helped people with the following:
There are many different styles of therapy available these days but there is nothing else like this one. It's totally safe and sometimes needs only a single session to resolve even apparently impossible problems. Many therapists are able to work with certain issues via Skype or telephone. Sometimes, shyness or embarrassment can prevent an individual from improving their life because they just can't contemplate the idea of a face-to-face session with a therapist... But now that fear can be consigned to the past.
BWRT West Lothian costs £65 per session. Each session is approximately 1 hour long.
Mind and Body Scotland offers appointments 7 days a week from morning through to evening. We will endeavour to see you as soon as possible for your first appointment.

Renee McBride is a multi-disciplinary therapist of many years experience and I’d recommend her to anyone looking for therapy. I’ve always been a person to get a job done, but not until the stress has built up to propel me into it. I needed a more resourceful response and using BWRT® Renee helped achieve that in minutes. Since then I haven’t stopped, don’t get me wrong I’ve not become a workaholic – I’ve made advances professionally, academically and in my home and social life- I’m getting things done when I want according to my priorities and loving the new control over my life.
